Issue with fixing appointments for 2nd dose

Hi. I was asking this question to my friends and figured why not here, Incase anyone else here has faced a similar issue.

I was trying to schedule 2nd dose for my parents.

Unfortunately on the site, the first dose hasn’t been updated. And hence I am unable to schedule the 2nd.

Has anyone faced a similar issue. Any tips on how to work around this. I was planning to visit the hospital where they went for their first dose. Unfortunately it’s a crowded Govt hospital, so worried about risk of infection.
