  1. That’s true, unfortunately. The rate at which the body spends the energy is slowed down. So the trick is to eat lesser ( but nutritious) and workout harder. The distribution of the weight after Menopause is also typically around the waist and hips and lower back.

    Inspite of  the best measures, a woman might face certain inevitable changes. It’s best to accept the changes gracefully and move on rather than challenging them. Maintaining health is the most important action in this period
