    Cold milk

    Cucumber

    boiled egg

    And if I want to binge.. chips, wai-wai noodles, anda burji

  2. green tea – fills me up with no calories – my system is terrible with calories consumed after 8pm.

    roasted urad papad the pepper variety – if I have cravings of crispy and spicy
