  1. Dear Sonali, Sorry to hear about your friend. Miscarriages can be quite traumatic to the psychological health of a woman. Be with her in the journey of griefing by

    1. Making her realise that it’s not her fault.

    2. Asking her to seek a cause of the miscarriage from her doctor and the likelihood if it happening again.

    3. Asking her to give time to herself for healing psychologically ( more than physical) before planning the next pregnancy.

    4. Getting pre-conceptional check up done 3 months before she wants to try again.

    Insist on only looking forward

    If she still needs help, it’s a good idea to seek professional help in counselling
